Ideas for Internal Use
Taken internally, Roman Chamomile can be very beneficial for calming and stress relief. A drop or two in your herbal tea or other hot beverage before bed can be just the thing to help you have a lovely, peaceful night’s sleep.
Chamomile has long been used as a tea for calming – but did you know the essential oil is much more concentrated and pure? They’re also more effective in small amounts – that’s why one or two drops is all you need 🙂
Not sure about using essential oils internally? You’re right to be careful – always be sure of the quality of the oils you’re using, and know the recommended daily limits. I never recommend using any oils except doTERRA internally.
